г.   Results of the fourth World Cup stage Russian National team has already won 15 medals. 3 of them Russian sportsmen received at the fourth biathlon World Cup stage. Silver medal won Olga Pyleva in Mass Start, bronze Maxim Tchoudov in Sprint, and one more silver in Men Relay won our squad (Sergei Rozhkov, Pavel Rostovtsev, Ivan Tcherezov, Nikolay Kruglov) . According to the results of 4th WC stage Ivan Tcherezov has 149 points and ranks 12 in the World Cup Total Score. Alexander Wolf from Germany tops World Cup Total Score with 288 points. Nikolay Kruglov is the best Russian ranking 5th with 220 points. Sergei Tchepikov 8 (172), Maxim Tchoudov 9 (171), Pavel Rostovtsev 16 (141), Sergei Rozhkov 21 (104), Sergei Bachkirov 32 (56), Philipp Shulman 62 (10), Dmitri Iarochenko 68 (7). Sergei Bachkirov and Philipp Shulman didn’t qualify according to the results of first three World Cup stages and won’t take part in following World Cup races. Dmitri Iarochenko was given a possibility to perform with the National team as the European Cup leader. Among women Kati Wilhelm (Germany) tops World Cup Total Score with 341 points. Svetlana Ishmuratova is the best Russian ranking 4th with 285 points. Olga Zaitseva 5 (213), Olga Pyleva 8 (198), Natalia Guseva 16 (109), Albina Akhatova 21 (95), Anna Bogaliy-Titovets 25 (86), Irina Malgina 40 (26), Anna Sorokina 60 (8), Olga Anisimova 73 (1). We won’t see Irina Malgina on further World Cup stages as she didn’t qualify according to her results during the first three WC stages. Young biathletes, who perform good at European Cup, were invitied to the National team: Anna Sorokina, Olga Anisimova, Anna Boulygina, Anastasia Shipulina, Joulia Makarova. The Nation Cup Men tops Russian team with 3573 points. Russian women rank second with 3558 points while German ladies rank first (3561 points). In the Relay Score among men Russians are also the leaders (138 points). Russian women rank second (129) while first rank is occupied by Norway team.
